What the OSS alpha is building toward

The current public repo is roadmap-first. These milestones are the contract for how the growth copilot moves from concept to usable local product.

  1. 1. Alpha repo bootstrap: README, roadmap, install gateway, and demo artifacts.
  2. 2. Core local workflows: crawl, Lighthouse integration, Search Console connector, and task prioritization.
  3. 3. Repo-aware mapping and agent handoff bundle generation.
  4. 4. Validation and CI guardrails for regression detection.
